We’ll act as your invisible sidekick on your wedding day. Our team will ensure everything goes on without a hitch! We want you, your family, and your guests to enjoy the day you've worked so hard to plan. Our goal is for you to be worry-free, knowing the details are covered.

Partial Event Coordination
Involvement: 4–6 Months Prior
This package includes a day-of event coordinator and support to research and secure three vendors. Your input will be compiled into a vision board to help you visualize and communicate your ideas for your dream wedding.
We’ll hold four one-on-one planning meetings and create a detailed planning checklist to keep you on track.
You Complete Me
Full-Service Event Coordination
Involvement: 8+ Months Prior
This includes everything in prior packages and critical end-to-end support to plan the different aspects of your wedding. Additionally, this package includes:
- Scouting and securing the ideal venue
- Budget management
- Expanded vendor vetting and selection
- Creating floor plan and seating chart
- RSVP collection
We’ll hold eight one-on-one meetings to stay on task.
